Victoria Overbeck, BA, is pursuing her MPH in Epidemiology/Biostatistics with a specialization in Infectious Diseases at Boston University School of Public Health, and she works in the Connor Lab at Boston University National Emerging Infectious Disease Laboratories. She is a Data Management & Administrative Support Intern on the Jacobson Research Team at Boston Medical Center Section of Infectious Diseases. She is interested in the pathogenesis and transmission dynamics of viruses at a cellular and population level, as well as assessing the effectiveness of prevention/control measures at the individual, community, and population level.
