Dr. Ankita Desai is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at University Hospitals/Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital/Case Western Reserve Univerisity in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduation from medical school at Northeast Ohio Medical University in 2006, she then went on to complete pediatric residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. and fellowship in pediatric infectious diseases at Emory University/Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Dr. Desai joined the division of pediatric infectious diseases at UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in 2013. Dr. Desai is the division chief of pediatric infectious diseases at UH Rainbow, medical director of the pediatric antimicrobial stewardship program, and also the program director of the pediatric infectious diseases fellowship program.
