David St. Michel, DO MPH, Hennepin County Medical Center, Medical Director of Surgical Quality, Tranplant/General Surgery. I perform renal transplantatation, hepatobiliary surgery, general surgery and vascular access surgery in an urban level one trauma center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Orignially from Minnesota, I completed my MPH at the Drexel University School of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology before completing medial school at Touro Univeristy Nevada. I completed my internship in rural New Jersey at Inspira Medical Center. My General Surgery Residency was completed at Rowan Universty School of Osteopathic Medicine outside of Philadelphia in New Jeresy where I had the opportunity to work closely with abdominal transplant surgeons at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, NJ. I then completed a two year abdominal transplant fellowship at the Univeristy of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. There I trained in liver, kidney and pancreas tranplantation.
