Dr. Md Salman Hussain, recently completed his Ph.D. from the Department of Pharmaceutical Medicine (Division of Pharmacology), School of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, India. For his doctoral research work, he worked on the thesis titled 'Predictors of renal function and patient outcomes in diabetic kidney disease'. Dr. Hussain published more than 25 articles in peer reviewed international journals with a cumulative impact factor of more than 50 with an h-index of 8 and total citations of 208.
He has also been very good at presenting his research work at several scientific meetings, conferences, and forums internationally (USA, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Ireland, and others). He also served as a social media team member of the International Society of Nephrology (ISN). He is also the recipient of the Young Investigator Award from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Investigator award from the Asian association for the study of diabetes, and received several awards from various international societies.
He is actively lookiing for postdoc position in Pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research.
