Department of Primary Care & Population Health, Institute of Epidemiology & Health, University College London (UCL), United Kingdom
I qualified as a General Practitioner in 2008, and gained an MSc in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 2012. My chief research interests are ethnic differences in diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity. I am currently undertaking a PhD, funded by Diabetes UK, which aims to compare prescribing patterns and effectiveness of medication for type 2 diabetes in the UK's three main ethnic groups.
