I'm a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer in pharmacoepidemiology at Utrecht University, with special interest in methodology for prediction and causal inference, as well as the use of EHR databases.
In 2018, I completed my PhD in methods for developing and validating risk prediction models at the University Medical Centre Utrecht. My current research activities include developing and testing methodology for multidatabase pharmacoepidemiology, applied pharmacoepidemiology in the disease areas of multiple sclerosis and thrombotic disorders, propensity score methods and methodology for counterfactual risk prediction for clinical decision support.
