Christie is a Research and Development Scientist in the Food Protection and Preservation team at Kerry. In this role, she develops and validates clean label and conventional preservation solutions for bakery applications, with shelf life and inoculated challenge studies. She works with customers to address their preservation needs, such as replacement of conventional preservatives with clean label solutions.
She has been with Kerry for three years, and holds a B.S. in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
