Felisa Stockwell is the Vice President, Global People & Culture for Dawn Foods, a global leader in bakery product ingredient manufacturing and distribution. Felisa is passionate about people-centric HR practices, transforming the team member experience, and creating a high-performance organization that drives businesses forward. At Dawn, Felisa leads the organization’s global people and culture strategy, focusing on talent development, performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition, and engagement. She and her team play a key role in driving and supporting Dawn’s global business strategy.
Felisa also leads Dawn’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy, addressing the challenges inherent to a global workforce within a competitive industry and fast-changing business environment. Under Felisa’s leadership, Dawn was recently honored with a Crain’s Detroit Excellence in HR Award for its diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Felisa has more than 12 years’ experience spanning across the food, automotive and healthcare industries. She received a Bachelor of Arts from The State University of New York (SUNY) College at Geneseo, a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland, and a Master of Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
