Dean Kim fell in love with baking while working part-time at a local bagel store and decided he wanted to pursue baking instead of law school. He attended the American Institute of Baking and the San Francisco Baking Institute, then moved down to Orange County to work for Breads N Spreads. Several years later, he decided to open up his own shop and OC Baking was born. OC Baking is a wholesale bread supplier for restaurants, hotels, and event centers throughout Orange and Los Angeles County. For over ten years they have specialized in artisan breads, and Dean Kim has grown OC Baking Co to be one of the largest artisan wholesale bakeries in the county.
