Joel is a Red Seal Chef with over ten years’ experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry along with experience in food safety, regulatory and product development. With a Food Sciences Degree from the University of Manitoba, he has worked in kitchens in France, New York, PEI and Montreal. Joel helped establish the Prairie Research Kitchen at Red River College in Winnipeg. While working at Red River College, Joel did some projects with Richardson before joining full time to lead product development at the company’s new Innovation Centre.
