Keith Petrofsky is the Director of R&D at Ardent Mills, leading an experienced product development team delivering innovation and ingredient solutions to customers across the diverse portfolio of flours, grains and Emerging Nutrition ingredients. Prior to Ardent Mills, Keith held various R&D and leadership roles in both traditional CPG companies including Frito-Lay and Kraft Foods, as well as smaller entrepreneurial ingredient companies and bakeries. Keith received his MS in Grain Science from Kansas State University and PhD in Food Science from the University of Minnesota.
