President
Auto-Bake and Hinds-Bock/Middleby Corp
Plano, Texas, United States
Scott was born in the 1970s on a working Arabian Horse Ranch to two entrepreneur parents; his mother a world-class horse trainer, his father a world-class commercial construction expert having led multibillion dollar institutional and infrastructure projects around the globe. Scott is a degreed and patent winning mechanical engineer, who before joining Stewart Systems in 2010 was Director of Engineering for a large Horticulture Equipment Manufacturer. Before that, Scott and his wife owned their own design/build construction company, this up until the market crash in 2008. Today Scott lives with his wife Veronica, and three children ages 11, 17, and 19 in McKinney just north of the Plano factory and about 30 minutes from the family ranch where his two girls continue in his mom's legacy riding and training horses. Scott was VP of Engineering for The Middleby Bakery Group in 2017 when he was asked to lead the Auto-Bake Brand. Since then, Scott and his staff have developed tremendous innovative solutions that build on the core Auto-Bake strength of simply doing more and achieving more with less.
In addition to his role of President of Auto-Bake, Scott is also President of Hind-Bock in Seattle and leads the Innovation Team supporting the entire Middleby Bakery group of brands. Scott also serves on the ASB Board of Directors.
