Robert Burgh is the President of Nexcor Food Safety Technologies, a food safety and maintenance management software provider for food manufacturing organizations worldwide.
Robert first learned the baking business in his family's wholesale hearth bakery in Trenton, NJ. The family bakery was run by three generations of bakers and operated for over 70 years.
After graduating from K-State and AIB BME #3, Robert held a number of engineering positions with several bakeries and later used this experience to develop maintenance-oriented software solutions for manufacturing facilities.
In 1983 he founded Nexcor Technologies, now known as Nexcor Food Safety Technologies. He has since lead the Nexcor Team to transform the food manufacturing industry with the KLEANZ Family of Services. These innovations have helped manufacturers of all sizes optimize their food safety and sanitation programs.
Robert is a member of the ANSI Z50.2 committee to update standard sanitary design of bakery equipment and has been a thought leader previously at the Annual ASB Baking Tech, IBIE, and the American Food Sure Summit.
