Kent Juliot joined Ardent Mills in 2016. Kent leads a talented team of experts in fundamental research, product development, wheat and flour attribute testing, food safety, quality, and customer technical services. Each area is focused on internal and external customer support. Kent has over 35 years of technical and people leadership in the food industry. Prior to Ardent Mills, Kent was with ConAgra Foods for 11 years. Kent led people and programs focused on food safety and quality for ConAgra Food's Commercial, Private Brands, and International business units. Products in these business units included ConAgra Mill's flour, Lamb Weston frozen potato products, Spicetec spice blends, and everything from literal soup to nuts in private brands. He spent the first 19 years of his career with Kellogg's Incorporated with half of that time working in production facilities and the other half in corporate quality roles.
