Tony Moses brings more than 13 years of broad industry experience, including leading new product commercialization, process scale-up, and capital project evaluation and installation. Whether scaling a small process or fine-tuning a large-scale operation, Moses helps clients evaluate the latest technologies and design considerations to future-proof their operations.
Moses leverages his experience in the food ingredient, packaged foods and pharmaceutical markets, working with companies ranging from Fortune 100 to pre-revenue. His drive to deliver safe, high-quality products to consumers in an efficient production environment has resulted in multiple product launches, equipment commissionings, multiple peer-reviewed articles and one patent. Prior to his role with CRB, he served as Principal Process Engineer with Conagra Brands and Senior Research Manager with Givaudan.
Moses holds a doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska. He serves as president of the Aksarben Institute of Food Technologists Board in Omaha, Nebraska, and is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
Moses is an active thought leader in the food industry, often participating in panel discussions and professional presentations. He was recently chosen to present "Alternative proteins industry: Look beyond the horizon" at the 2021 Process Expo in Chicago, Illinois. In addition, he was invited by the Good Food Conference 2021 to join a panel discussion on "Advancing solutions to key challenges: Infrastructure."
