Chris is Senior Vice President of Marketing, Innovation and R&D at Aspire Bakeries, responsible for driving the company's growth strategy and execution across customer segments and core categories while overseeing the La Brea Bakery, Otis Spunkmeyer and Oakrun Farm Bakery brands. She leads a team of 33 professionals. Chris has more than 25 years experience as a senior innovation, design, strategy, and consumer marketing professional skilled in identifying and realizing sizable growth platforms via both consulting and corporate internal development, while driving profitable growth in large, existing businesses.As the President and Founder of Innovation Station, Chris led a variety of client initiatives from innovation and design thinking to consumer insight and brand positioning. Successful in-market examples include Quaker Real Medleys, Quaker Breakfast Flats and Corona design and development of new product and packaging concepts. In previous roles at Kraft, ConAgra Foods, and General Mills, Chris rose through brand management, innovation and strategy. She grew top-line revenue of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Kraft Parmesan cheese, developed financially viable ventures, and championed growth initiatives. Her new product growth successes included Alexia sides and snacks, Back to Nature natural/organic products, and Fresh Creations salad entrees while VP Innovation at ConAgra Foods and Senior Director of Innovation at Kraft. She has additionally worked for non-profit entities, most recently with the HBS Non-Profit Leadership Fund. Chris received her MBA from Harvard Business School with a concentration in Marketing and a BA in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University.
