Dr. Tom Jondiko is the Director of Ingredient Formulations and Quality Assurance of The Pak Group. He holds doctorate and master's degrees from Texas A&M University. He has vast experience in ingredient functionality and processing of consumer products for different countries. Dr. Jondiko served as Chair of the Professional Development Panel and a Foundation Board member at AACC International (American Association of Cereal Chemists), a program track reviewer for IFT (Institute of Food Technologists) and a peer reviewer for scientific journals. He has also published scholarly works in industry journals. He has been a speaker at AACC, IFT and Tortilla Industry Association educational sessions.
