Brian Strouts is a Technical Advisor for the American Bakers Association and serves on the Education Committee. Brian is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Bakery Science and Management. Brian spent 12 years working in large commercial bakeries in Quality and Production supervisory roles.
Brian recently retired after 28 years at the American Institute of Baking in the role of Vice President of Baking Services. During his tenure at AIB, his responsibilities included oversight of the educational programs, analytical services, food labeling, research and development, and on-site technical assistance.
