Nathan Mirdamadi - As a Senior Food Safety Specialist, Nathan brings nearly 25 years of food manufacturing leadership experience in both manufacturing plants and corporate roles. For the past 8 years, his has been the global bakery and snack lead for CFS (Commercial Food Sanitation) where he works to ensure internal alignment of a team of food safety specialists and externally with bakery and snack processors, OEMs and vendors to help them be regulatorily compliant, efficient in operations and support continuous improvement efforts in sanitation and hygienic design.
Prior to joining CFS, Nathan had the corporate responsibility for the sanitation and allergen validation programs at Heinz North America. Over the course of his career, Nathan has had the benefit of working across a wide range of products and technologies both in his current role and at Heinz North America, Kraft Foods and Ralcorp. Nathan is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds a Masters degree in Food Safety from Michigan State University, a MBA from California State University and a Bachelors degree in Economics/Finance from Missouri Southern State University.
