Description: The presentation will discuss how each stakeholder in the baking industry can participate in ensuring food safety. The speaker will introduce the current food safety landscape and challenges in baking. He will present the various stages of the baking supply chain and suggest ideas for enhancing food safety at each stage. He will speak from the views of the farmers, processors, manufactures, consumers, and industry to address the importance of maintaining the highest food safety standards. This will not be a sales presentation. The goal of the presentation is to bring together the roles of industry stakeholders into a single narrative to collectively achieve food safety for the baking industry.
