Description: 2020 forever changed how we view and manage our supply chains, especially for critical contract manufacturing relationships. What are the new rules and evolved best practices for maximizing these relationships? How can brands get maximum supply chain ROI in 2023 and beyond? With many long-held practices rendered obsolescent, leading brands are rapidly adapting to a changing environment. All of this will be framed on data from the Contract Packaging Association State of the Industry Report, researched and written by The Melville Group. Based on over 120 interviews and surveys with CEOs and other executives on both the brand and contract manufacturing sides, the sixth generation report is an industry touchstone.
Classroom Engagement: Using QR-Code based survey questions, the audience will use their phones to participate in a real-time survey of their experiences and views. We will then compare the room's views and scores with the larger industry. (editor's note: we have done this in the past with physical tools.
