Description: In this advanced class, students will learn additional outline and flooding techniques. The use of fondant in this class shows a fun way to dress up your designs. Each student will decorate and take home four cookies. I will pack this class full of my 35+ years of cookie decorating knowledge - things that I learned the hard way - and will keep you entertained while doing it. (No, I don't juggle or sing) You will decorate and take home six beautiful cookies and be able to say "Yes, I made these!"
Classroom Engagement: Hand's on advanced decorating techniques using Icing, Bags, Tips, Colors, Squeeze Bottles, Fondant, and molds on Ruthann's pre-baked cookies. The recipe for Ruthann's Royal Icing and sugar/shortbread cookie will be shared.
