Nicole Bishop is the Director of Palm Beach County Victim Services & Certified Rape Crisis Center (PBCVS). A visionary & systems expert passionate about making a difference. She has worked in the public sector for 25 years in Public welfare; she seeks to meet unmet community needs. Her leadership helped create Unified Family Court, Family Drug Court, Delinquency Drug Court, and the victim-centered Sexual Assault Response Team. She received the Distinguished Victim Services Award from Florida Attorney and the PBC Board of County Commissioners Golden Palm Award for Outstanding Service in 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2018 for system improvements.
