Dr. Scott Tilley received her PhD in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is currently a Professor of Nursing and Associate Dean for Research and Clinical Scholarship at Texas Woman's University. Dr. Scott Tilley is certified as an adult and pediatric sexual assault nurse examiner by the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Texas. As a practicing forensic nurse, Dr. Scott Tilley works as a sexual assault nurse examiner for Forensic Nurse Staffing of West Texas. A Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing, Dr. Scott Tilley has also been recognized as a Great 100 Nurses of Dallas-Ft. Worth, and as a Distinguished Alumni from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing.
