Jolene Larson is the Forensic Nurse Educator for Honor Health's Forensic Nurse Department in Scottsdale, Arizona. She has 15 years of Nursing experience including ICU, Cath Lab, and Forensic Nursing. Jolene started Forensic Nursing in 2014, and obtained her SANE-A in 2016. She has performed over 1, 040 Forensic Nurse Exams in Maricopa and Yavapai County in Arizona. Jolene is in the process of continuing her education with goals to obtain her MSN in education and advanced practice in psychology.
She is currently an active IAFN member working to establish an IAFN Chapter in Arizona. Jolene is very passionate about Forensic Nursing and caring for those affected by Sexual and Interpersonal Violence. She has a focused interest on caring for those most vulnerable due to Intellectual/ Developmental Disorders and Mental Illness.
