Ellen Kennedy has served as the SANE Coordinator for Prisma Health Upstate since April 2018. Since that time, she has helped guide the creation of a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program that offers 24/7/365 coverage for 4 counties in Upstate South Carolina. She also is the recipient of a $1 million dollar HRSA grant to recruit and train SANE staff in rural areas.
