Allyn (Annie) Howington is an Emergency Department RN and works as a SANE for Duke University Health System. She went back to school in 2015 to become an RN after being inspired by the incredible knowledge and care of the nurses who took care of her daughter during cancer treatment. Annie graduated with her RN in 2019 and recently completed a BSN program while training to become a SANE. She has a husband, 4, kids, and a dog. She is passionate about victim's rights and education. Her goals are to start an MSN program and obtain her SANE-A certification.
