The Forensic Center of Excellence is a community-based victim service center that includes services such as forensic nursing, advocacy, counseling, legal advocacy and adult forensic interviews. We are located in Harris County and serve 13 surrounding counties in our region and offer training, technical assistance and tele-support services.
