Paige Presler-Jur is a research public policy analyst for RTI International’s Justice Practice Area. She supports research initiatives addressing health, social, and justice issues in the contexts of substance misuse and abuse community programs, sexual assault case reform, and multidisciplinary approaches. Ms. Presler-Jur’s current work is focused on understanding the challenges and barriers communities encounter while trying to solve problems in criminal justice and public health contexts including providing improved services to victims of interpersonal violence and facilitating effective responses to illicit substance use and misuse. Ms. Presler-Jur serves as the Associate Project Director and Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Coordinator for the RTI Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Program (COSSAP) TTA Team to facilitate tailored support to state and local jurisdictions including rural areas. In this capacity, she and her team respond to the unique needs of COSSAP grantees while emphasizing cross-agency partnerships and cross-state learning to develop sustainable and effective model programs at the local level.
