Ray Duda is the Assistant Director of the International Operations Division, based out of FBI Headquarters. Ray entered on duty as an FBI special agent in 1991. He spent 17 years investigating violent crimes within the Charlotte Division. During a large majority of his time with the Charlotte Division, Ray was a member of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team. In 2009, Ray completed a three-year assignment as the FBI’s Legal Attaché in Ankara, Turkey with a focus on joint counterterrorism operations. Prior to his current assignment, Ray was named the Special Agent in Charge of the Seattle Division with a focus on domestic terrorism and counterintelligence with a strategic objective of strengthening partnerships.
