Raul Palacios joined the Brother team in 2013. He brings almost 30 years of professional automatic identification and data collection experience to the role of Director of Product Management—managing the people who manage the product life cycles of Brother Mobile Solutions products. A hands-on engineering technologist, Raul knows the importance of being able to improvise and evolve to solve customer challenges. He is passionate about innovation, product design, and enabling real-world applications by ushering new barcoding, auto ID, and labeling solutions to market. Along with colleagues he holds several U.S. patents for printers with improved operational features. Before launching his career in the private sector, Raul served honorably as an aircraft pneudraulic systems mechanic in the United States Air Force. He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo.
