Chelley Seibert is the Training & Community Engagement Coordinator with the Dayton Police Dept. She assists police recruits in their transition to officers. She monitors their work/life balance and measures their burnout rate.
Chelley is a retired Dayton Officer. She is an instructor in diversity, fitness, and instructor development. Chelley was awarded the Top Firearms Award and was named the Dayton Police Officer of the Year in 2011.
Chelley was a speaker at TEDxDayton, and WINxChicago. She currently serves as a speaker coach for TEDxDayton. She has presented nationally in universities, police academies, churches and at ILEETA. She received her Bachelors in Music from Miami University and Master of Education from Wright State University. She is currently enrolled in the Masters Program for Clinical Counseling.
Chelley is a drummer in the band Frozen Feet, a member of the World House Choir in Yellow Springs and a singer/songwriter/keynote speaker in the Positive Music Industry. She was a member of the World Champion Garfield Cadets Drum Corps. She has completed several marathons, run up Pikes Peak, and has competed in the International Police & Fire Olympics.
