He served in many capacities and led the department’s re-engineering from a traditional police agency to a community-policing department. A valued and sought-after speaker, Michael has trained and certified thousands for organizations worldwide, such as the U.S. DO J, Chicago PD, LAPD, NYPD, The United Nations, as well as the military, government agencies & Fortune 500 Companies.
