Sergeant Ryan Sayre has been a police officer for over 17 years and is currently assigned to the Community Response Team at the St Cloud Police Department in Minnesota. Sergeant Sayre supervises 6 sworn officers and a non-sworn Community Liaison Specialist, whom all work out of the COP House. The COP House team collaborates with residents, community groups and businesses to assess community needs; build and maintain relationships and improve quality of life. Sergeant Sayre oversees all of the youth programing and day to day operations at the COP House and coordinates the proactive policing needs of the neighborhood.
