Robert DeVries is the Program Coordinator for the Mohave Substance Treatment Education Prevention Partnership (MSTEPP) in Kingman, Arizona. He started as coordinator after he retired as the Chief of Police for Kingman in April of 2020. He joined the Kingman Police Department in 2003 after serving over 25 years with the Holland, Michigan Police Department.
He obtained his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from the Muskegon Community College and a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University. Additionally, he is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command and the Arizona Leadership Program sponsored by Arizona POST.
Locally he serves on the board of directors for the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce and the Kingman Regional Medical Center.
