Henry Oleyniczak provides contract support for both the Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) Program (DOJ/OJP/BJA) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Federal, State, Local & Tribal Engagement as a Senior Homeland Advisor. His 40+ year law enforcement, technology and information sharing career has included serving as Sr. Law Enforcement and Technology Advisor for PM-ISE, Senior Manager, Security Operations – Ricoh Americas Corporation, Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Operations – for RISS, and Deputy Commissioner - Pennsylvania State Police. 25+ years with PSP included progressive levels of responsibility and assignments in ranks of Trooper through Lieutenant Colonel. Mr. Oleyniczak holds a Master of Management degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Penn State and is a graduate of the 192nd session of FBI National Academy, the 204-02 session of the USSS Dignitary Protection School, the Penn State University Advanced Police Executive Development Program and the Duke University Strategic Leadership for State Executives program.
