Ginnie is a physical therapist with 30 years of experience providing work injury management and work injury prevention services to employers and employees from hospital, occupational medicine, outpatient and onsite locations. Her work focuses on helping eliminate injuries through testing for hiring/placement, testing for safe return to work post injury or illness, targeted education and exercise/conditioning initiatives, workforce maintenance and when necessary, disability management (ADA compliance assistance). Ginnie has worked alongside employers, physicians, case managers, risk managers, safety professionals, occupational health nurses, attorneys and others.
Ginnie also teaches health professionals and others on how to use a systematic approach to work injury management and prevention- the Job Function Matching® System. She is pleased to introduce these concepts and share her experience working with police professionals at IACP 2022.
