Chelsea Van Horne is a Project Manager with IACP’s Global Policing Team. In this role, she manages IACP’s Bloomberg Philanthropies Initiative for Global Road Safety in Colombia and Mexico. Prior to joining the IACP, Ms. Van Horne served as a Criminal Research Specialist for the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, Homeland Security Bureau providing leads to investigators on violent crimes. She has an expertise in project management with a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Ms. Van Horne holds a Master of Science in Terrorism and Homeland Security Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
