Dr. Lance Anderson has over 30 years of experience directing projects meant to improve individual and organizational performance, including hiring and promotional system development, career/professional development, credentialing/certification, workforce optimization, standards development, leadership development, recruitment and retention, and assessment of persons with disabilities. Dr. Anderson has performed this work with hundreds of types of jobs including law enforcement positions with a variety of organizations (e.g., US Marshals Service, the Department of Homeland Security, the US Treasury Department, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, and multiple other state and local agencies). Much of Dr. Anderson’s work has been in the context of highly litigious environments, including two projects under consent decree. He has provided employment-related litigation support services, depositions, and reports to address on-going litigation.
