Darric Milligan is the Associate Director with the Department of Justice’s Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Fusion Center (OFC). Mr. Milligan develops policies and procedures to support the day-to-day operations of the Fusion Center and its technical infrastructure; works with senior executives in the law enforcement, inter-agency, and intelligence communities to develop strategic partnerships; augments and adapts the intelligence products and services available to federal investigators; and establishes performance indicators which measure efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
Mr. Milligan received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University (JHU), a Master of Science (MS) in Management from JHU, and certified public manager (CPM) from George Washington University. Mr. Milligan has held several professional positions in government; retired Lieutenant with the Metropolitan Police Department (HR 218 Certified), Officer in the United States Navy, and Legislative Assistant to Congressman Gene Chappie, United States House of Representatives.
