Jennifer Zeunik is the Director of Local Programs for the National Policing Institute (NPI), where she provides strategic program and client management. She has extensive experience in public administration; law enforcement operations and practices; community engagement; and organizational leadership. She oversees NPI’s portfolio of state and local consulting and technical assistance programs, including law enforcement wellness programs, critical incident and after-action reviews, organizational assessments and studies, strategic planning, and organizational change services. Ms. Zeunik started her career with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Crime Laboratory as an Evidence and Crime Scene Technician, and has also held positions with the IACP and the Atlanta Police Foundation. Throughout her career, Ms. Zeunik has worked with community and government stakeholders on policing policy and programs to cultivate innovative strategies to advance the health, safety and performance of law enforcement and the communities they serve. Ms. Zeunik holds an MPA from the University of Georgia and a BS in Psychology from Florida State University.
