ALYSE FOLINO LEY, DO, FACN: Associate professor and Associate Chair, Michigan State University’s Department of Psychiatry, Co-Principal Investigator, Adolescent Targeted Violence Prevention Project. Dr. Ley specializes in child and adolescent psychiatric evaluation and treatment. She has a special interest in the treatment of children and adolescents with trauma related disorders, anxiety disorders and depressive disorders. Dr. Ley teaches medical students and residents in MSU’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and the College of Human Medicine. Dr. Ley participated in after action reviews of the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in Las Vegas (NV), the Marjory Stoneman High School in Parkland (FL) shooting, and the Paw Paw High School averted shooting. Dr. Ley provides subject matter expertise to the Averted School Violence project and other CTVP initiatives
