Bio Randy Taylor
Randy is a career police officer, having served in law enforcement for 44 years. Thirteen of those years he has served as a police chief. He is currently the police chief in Clarkdale, Arizona. In 2016, he was elected to the board of directors for Spectrum Whole Health and currently serves as the president of the board. Randy also serves as the chairman of the Spectrum Health Group of Arizona board and chairman of the board for Yavapai Partners Against Narcotic Trafficking.
Randy holds a doctorate in management, a master's in organizational leadership and a bachelor’s in criminal justice. He is a professor of sociology for Fort Hays State University and teaches criminal justice at Yavapai Community College. He has many publications to his credit, two are in the Library of Congress. In 2018, he co-authored a book entitled, “Ethics for the Public Service Professional”. He is married and has three children; two who graduated from different universities in Colorado and one who graduated at Texas A&M and is currently a police officer for Round Rock Police Department.
