Dr. Ashleigh N. Wojslawowicz is the Principal Researcher and Lead Consultant for The Stono Group, LLC - a data-driven consulting and research firm specializing in evidence-based law enforcement organizational practices. Dr. Wojslawowicz has served the Charleston Police Department since 2011 as a Certified Senior Crime Scene Analyst and received her doctorate from Charleston Southern University. Her research interests include law enforcement recruitment and retention, with an emphasis on practical applications for police executives. Most recently, Dr. Wojslawowicz's research on police recruitment strategies was shared at the 6th Annual American Society for Evidence Based Policing Conference held in Washington, D.C. Dr. Wojslawowicz is a Subject Matter Expert for the National Center for Biomedical Research and Training (NCBRT), where she develops CBRNE/WMD curriculum and provides training deliveries for domestic and international partners on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security and Department of State. Dr. Wojslawowicz is also an adjunct faculty member for the Michael Sattler School of Public Service at Truett McConnell University.
