Philip Smith is the Assistant Chief of Police of the Evansville (Indidana) Police Department. He has a Bachelor of Science in Radio/TV Broadcasting from the University of Southern Indiana. Philip served in a public information capacity for his agency from 2017 until his appointment to Assistant Chief in January 2021. He has been a member of IACP since 2017 and is a returning presenter. He currently serves as the Midwest Regional Vice Chair in the PIO section of IACP.
