Please come join us for “Training for Psychiatric Emergencies: Collaborations, Alliances, and Educational Synergy beyond CIT!” This is an interactive, engaging conversation focusing on behavioral health training to assist law enforcement in all areas involving patients, community members, advocates, and other important stakeholders.

It is led by the current president and past president of the American Association for Emergency Psychiatry (AAEP), as well as a past president of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) and a national expert on police-mental health collaborations from Arizona (Connections HS). All four physicians will cover best practices in the field, as well as share their local successes in collaborations with law enforcement.
