From Level A to Class A

Program development, implementation, and operations are but a few new challenges we face when we transition from wearing a Level A suit to wearing a Class A uniform and you find yourself building and running a team. The session will review the lessons learned, achievements, and pitfalls of creating a hazardous materials response program in the Nation’s Capital. Attendees will learn numerous tools and tactics to survive and succeed in the behind the scenes world that goes into building a team.
