Managing Hour 1 of the Response

This session will outline the critical success factors in managing the first hour of a hazmat incident. Focused towards First Responders and using the Eight Step Process as a tactical framework, the workshop will focus upon the critical tactical functions and tasks that should be part of an integrated risk-based response process. The workshop will provide a forum for HazMat personnel responsible for the delivery of First Responder Operations level training to share their ideas and experiences.
