Program will discuss various aspects of legal and regulatory requirements for hazmat planning, response, and mitigation.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will learn about federal, state, and and local regulatory requirements for safe hazmat response.
Participants will receive information regarding the use of regulations and standards to get preplanning information to make more informed response.
Participants will be presented with case studies and discuss possible uses of rules, regulations and standards to improve their capabilities.
