Drone Ground School will helps to develop the aeronautical knowledge required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for commercial operations as a Remote Pilot with small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) rating. This course will prepare students to pass the written knowledge test for Remote Pilot certificate.
Learning Objectives:
Demonstrate a working knowledge of applicable regulations relating to small unmanned aircraft system rating privileges, limitations, and flight operations.
Explain the United States airspace classification, operating requirements, and flight restrictions affecting small unmanned aircraft operation.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of maintenance and preflight inspection procedures.
